Create a Snapshot

You can create a snapshot for a server or service using the Verification menu.

Follow these steps:

  1. In the Management window, go to the Explore pane, and select the server or service for which you want to create a snapshot.

    Note: The system that you select (or is part of the selected service) must have the CCA Agent and components installed.

  2. Right-click and select Verification, Snapshot.

    The Snapshot dialog, which displays snapshots for the selected system or service, opens.

  3. Enter a new snapshot name and click the Actions button next to the edit field. Select the desired snapshot type from the menu options.

    A confirmation of the new snapshot appears.
