Purge Archived Instances on a Daily Schedule

Administrators can configure a policy to purge archived process instances from a selected Orchestrator automatically as a scheduled task.

Follow these steps:

  1. Click the Configuration tab.
  2. Expand the Orchestrators palette.
  3. Select the Orchestrator to configure, and click Lock.
  4. Click the Policies tab.
  5. Select Purge Archived Data Daily from the Option to Purge Archived Data drop-down list.
