How to Customize Access for a Default Group
You can customize the access default access in the following ways:
- Add an action to a default group.
- Revoke an action from a default group
Any changes you make to the assignments of a default group affect all users who are assigned to that group.
The process for customizing access for a default group follows:
- Review permissions for default groups.
- Identify a permission required at your site that a default group is missing.
- Determine the action and policy that controls that access.
- Create a policy based on an existing policy, where the existing policy is a predefined, default policy.
- Grant or revoke an action for a default group.
