XCFGROUP Parameter

This parameter indicates the name of the XCF Group that CA PMO will use in the sysplex.

Format

The XCFGROUP parameter has the following syntax:

XCFGROUP=group name

The XCFGROUP parameter requires one of the following values:

XCF Group Name

The XCF Group name that CA PMO will use in the sysplex. This value has to be 1 to 8 characters long and needs to be unique inside the sysplex to prevent sending messages to other products using the same name.

Default: PMOXCFGP

blank

Indicates that PMO/XCF component should be started. In this case, the Group name will be the default value PMOXCFGP.

Note: PMO/XCF task will be started when either XCFGROUP or XCFMEMBR parameter is specified. You can specify XCFGROUP= to use the default value.
