Step 4. Deployment Method

Do one of the following:

Click Install Tomcat application server if you want to install the Tomcat Java web server.

Do the following:
- Specify a folder where you want to install the Tomcat application server.
- Enter an internet socket port number for the Tomcat application server.
Note: If you are installing on Windows and choose this option, a Register Tomcat as Windows Service dialog appears.
- Click Yes or No to indicate whether you want to proceed with the registration.
- If Yes is selected, the Tomcat web application server will be registered as a Windows service with Manual startup type. You can change its startup type to Automatic after installation if needed.
If you have an existing application server (such as WebSphere, WebLogic, or Tomcat) on your computer, you can use the existing application server.

Click the Use an existing server option and select a file type of your deployable. After installation, the CA OM Web Viewer EAR file or a pair of WAR files (CAOMWebViewer12.war and a supplementary WAR file castylesr5.1.3.war) will be generated and placed in this target directory. Depending on how your own web application server is managed, you may need to take further steps to deploy the EAR or WAR file(s) on your web application server.
