Support Automation Privacy Levels

Privacy levels are used to set what actions are allowed to be performed on different end users to protect user privacy. Privacy levels are associated with CA SDM roles. Three default permissions exist: High, Medium, and Low, but more can be defined if necessary. You can add, update, and delete the privacy levels that are available to the end user.

You can set the privacy level name and its description. You can define which functions for specified tools (File explorer, Remote registry, Run program, and so on) are enabled for this privacy level.

Note: For more information about configuring Support Automation privacy levels, see the Online Help.
