View Sub Activities

The Change Management Process Definition uses several CA Workflow Sub Activities to simplify the work flow. While working with the Change Management Process Definition, you can review and customize the Sub Activities if necessary.

To view Sub Activities

  1. Open the Change Mgmt – Service Desk r12.1 process definition in the CA Workflow application.

    The Change Management Process Definition appears in CA Workflow.

  2. Left-click any node with a plus (+) symbol and select Open Tab or Open Inline.

    The details about the Sub Activity appear in a new tab or next to the process definition activities.
