Change Order Does Not Close

Symptom:

During the last step in the workflow, the change order does not close. The CA Workflow process instance shows the Running status and CA Workflow reports an Actor Fault error.

Solution:

When closing the change order, verify that you set all required fields for example, the Root Cause.
