ActivityNode Actor not found: Update Object -Service Desk r12

Symptom:

The CA Workflow Command window shows the following error:

ActivityNode Actor not found: Update Object -Service Desk r12

Solution:

  1. Log in to the CA Workflow application.
  2. Click the Actors Tab.
  3. Select the Processes Folder.
  4. Select File/New Actor.
  5. Select Update Object –Service Desk r12 from the drop-down list.
  6. Click OK.

    As part of the Change Management Process Definition, the system uses the new actor.
