How to Create Change Management Process Groups

When you create change management process groups who are responsible for approvals and additional tasks, consider the following:

To create change management groups, do the following:

  1. On the Administration tab, select Security and Role Management, Groups.

    The Group Search page appears.

  2. Click Create New.

    The Create New Group page appears.

  3. Create the following groups in CA SDM:
  4. Click Save.

    The Group Detail page appears.

  5. Create the same groups in CA EEM.
