These thresholds are used to reduce the number of open alerts for corresponding processed measurement results that need to be analyzed (open alert thresholds).
When you define the thresholds, you are defining the minimum consumption values that the measurement result must contain in order to be marked as an OPEN alert. Measurement results below the thresholds are marked as CTHR -Closed by THResholds- to indicate not being of interest.
