Use minimum thresholds during Server runaway alert generation

Define how to consider the minimum consumption alert thresholds in the Server processing (dynamic and step-end runaway check), as follows:

If the option is set to Y, then passing any minimum threshold is sufficient.

If the option is set to A, then all minimum thresholds relevant to the job must be passed to allow a dynamic runaway or a step-end runaway alert.

This parameter can also be defined/changed in the Server options panel (Min Threshold Alert Generation).
