             statement specified an SMF record number for the
             NSPY or NTCP data source that is not in the
             acceptable SMF record number range of 128 to
             255.

ACTION:      Edit prefix.MICS.PARMS(SNTOPS) and specify a
             valid value for nnn in the NETSPY SMF = nnn
             statement or NETTCP SMF = nnn statement.

             Resubmit the prefix.MICS.CNTL(SNTPGEN).
