TEXT:        %DEFTOK MUST APPEAR BEFORE ORGSYSID AND AFTER
             NETWORK ID STATEMENT.

TYPE:        Error

REASON:      The DEFAULT NETSPY SMF = nnn or DEFAULT NETTCP
             SMF = nnn did not appear before the ORGSYSID
             statement.  The statement must be coded, if
             needed, before any ORGSYSID statement is coded
             and after "NETWORK ID" statement.

ACTION:      Edit prefix.MICS.PARMS(SNTOPS) and specify
             it as mentioned above.

             Resubmit the prefix.MICS.CNTL(SNTPGEN).
