Connect Exchange to your CA Products

This procedure is for the administrators of the CA products.

For information about the Exchange data that you enter when you connect, see the Active Directory attribute list, which you can download from the connectors download page.

Follow these steps:

• To connect to Exchange in CA CloudMinder and CA Identity Manager:
  1. Navigate to the Active Directory endpoint that you set up in Connect to the Active Directory Endpoint in CA CloudMinder or Connect to the Active Directory Endpoint in CA Identity Manager.
  2. Click the Exchange General tab, and enter the Exchange gateway server.
  3. Set the Mail Server field on all your mailbox-enabled Active Directory account templates.
• To connect to Exchange in CA RCM through CA Identity Manager:
  1. Add the Exchange gateway server details to the CA Identity Manager connector, as described above.
  2. Run an import to bring the Exchange data into CA RCM.
• To connect to Exchange in CA RCM without CA Identity Manager, add the Exchange gateway server details to the import connector that you set up for Active Directory.
