Reason:

No version of the specified program was found in the current SYSTEM (VERSION LAST was specified).

Action:

Make sure you selected the proper SYSTEM and that you specified the correct program name. Use the DISPLAY INDEX PROGRAM command for a list of all the programs in the current SYSTEM.
