Reason:
User does not have sufficient authorization for the command.
Action:
Make sure you selected the proper SYSTEM. If you are not sure of your authorizations in the current SYSTEM, use the DISPLAY USER xxx PROD command (where xxx is your user-id) to view your authorizations. To have your authorizations changed, see your CA Ideal Administrator.
