Reason:

This error should only occur in offline operations. The person securing the job container should belong to the administrator group or the group SDOFFLIN that is created by Software Delivery. Otherwise, this message occurs.

Note that the local group SDOFFLIN is created on all Windows NT/2000/XP computers when installing Software Delivery. administrators can create the global group SDOFFLIN, and add users to these groups to enable users to run the SD offline jobs.

Action:

Ensure that the person that is to execute the container has sufficient security privileges.
