Reason:

In offline operation, the command SecureContainer had not been used, when an attempt was made to use ExecuteContainer. This message should not be seen in online operation.

Action:

In offline operation, secure the container first. In online operation, retry the job execution. If the error still persists, contact CA Technical Support.
