Reason:
Network protocols are supported by special software components that can be installed with the viewer. To use the tcp/ip protocol, for example, to connect to a remote computer, you must have the tcp/ip component. This file is either missing or damaged.
Action:
Reinstalling the viewer should fix this problem.
