Reason:
The host needs to install the same printer driver as you have for your local printer in order to allow redirection of printing from host to viewer. The driver may be unavailable or is damaged in some way.
Action:
Try a manual installation of the printer on the host machine. If this fails, you may need to ask your network administrator for an update driver file.
