Reason:
The remote machine may be down or cannot be contacted. The specified address may be invalid. Another possibility is that the specified protocol has not been installed on your computer.
Action:
Check that the network address of the remote machine is valid. If it is, ask your network administrator if the machine is up. If it is running, you may need to reinstall the viewer.
