The File Scan collect task scans the agent's disks for a specified set of files.
By default, file scan does not scan empty folders and non-executable files. If you want to include them, modify the settings in the Windows Settings tab.
You can view the files collected by the File Scan under Domain, Computers and Users, All Computers, Computer, Software, File Explorer.
Note: Be careful while scheduling this task, as it is time and resource intensive.
