Reason:
A data set within a concatenation has a block size larger than the first. When processing concatenated data sets, the data set with the largest block size must appear first.
Correct the order of the data sets within the concatenation and rerun the job. See the CA ADS Batch User Guide regarding use of concatenated data sets.
