Reason:
A data set within a concatenation has a record format that is incompatible with the record formats of the data sets preceding it in the concatenation. Data sets with unlike record formats may not be mixed. The record formats of the data sets can be: all fixed or fixed-blocked; all variable or variable-blocked; or all undefined.
