Reason:
The record length of a data set within a concatenation does not conform to the record length established by the first data set in the concatenation.
For fixed record format, all logical record lengths of all data sets in the concatenation must be equal.
For variable record format, all logical record lengths of all data sets after the first must be less than or equal to the logical record length of the first.
For undefined record format, a record length is ignored, even if provided via the IDD file entity, DD statement, or data set label.
