Reason:
An output operation was attempted against a data set that was not open. Processing is terminated. CA ADS Batch did not issue the appropriate file MAPBINDs or file mapping I/O service requests to open the data set.
CA ADS Batch anticipates that a dialog will perform I/O and will automatically issue the appropriate file MAPBIND to open the data set before attempting a file mapin or file mapout.
