Reason:
A physical I/O error occurred during an attempt to write a physical record (block). Processing is terminated.
This error could be caused by an attempt to write a block larger than the maximum data set block size or an attempt to force the device beyond its physical limitations. Another possibility is that a hardware error occurred.
If the hardware can be ruled out as the cause of the problem then obtain a storage dump and contact Technical Support.
