Reason:
An output operation was attempted against a data set that was not open for output. Processing is terminated. CA ADS Batch did not issue the correct file mapbind or file mapping I/O service request to open the data set for output.
CA ADS Batch issues the appropriate File Mapbind to open the data set for the type of processing desired. An attempt to request an operation that cannot be performed will result in this error.
