Examine Log Files (Optional)

Verify that CA Executive Insight is installed correctly by checking the log files.

You can view the install/upgrade log file in the log directory in the installation directory.
A log file that is named ei_inst_history.txt lists details of the installation/upgrade history in your environment. The file contains specific details about the version you upgraded or installed and whether the process was successful. The file is located under install.dir.
