Upgrade CA Executive Insight

CA Executive Insight supports:

Direct upgrade for the last two previous major or minor releases
Example: You can upgrade from 1.3 and 2.0 to 2.1.
Successive upgrades (for older releases)
Example: To upgrade from 1.0, 1.1, or 1.2 to 2.1, first upgrade to 1.3, and then from 1.3 to 2.1.

If an internet-accessible deployment configuration is set up, upgrade both the CA Executive Insight backend server and the mobile application user interface component.

All CA Executive Insight product files and the database master and tenant schema are upgraded.
