One or more CA Enterprise Log Manager servers are listed under Subscription Module. Each server inherits the global subscription settings. When initially displayed all settings are disabled. To override any setting, you must click the global/local toggle button to edit the field.
Each listed server must be configured as one of the following:
Online and offline subscription proxies self-install updates and act as their own client. All CA Enterprise Log Manager servers that are not subscription proxies must be configured as clients.
A special subscription proxy is the default subscription proxy. The first installed CA Enterprise Log Manager server registers itself with the CA Enterprise Log Manager user store as the default subscription proxy, but this setting can be changed at the global level. In an online environment, all clients download subscription updates from the default subscription proxy if additional proxies are not configured or when they are not available.
