Define the General Font Options

You use the General Font Editor dialog to define the font options in the following scenarios:

To define general font options

  1. Click Themes on the View menu.

    The Theme Editor opens.

  2. Select a theme other than the Default and Classic themes and then navigate to the Default tab.
  3. Click Theme Editor Default Font Tool in the Font Options field.

    The General Font Editor dialog opens.

  4. Work with the following options:
    Name

    Specifies the name of the font. Select from the drop-down list.

    Default: Microsoft Sans Serif

    Size

    Specifies the size of the font. Select from the drop-down list.

    Color

    Specifies the color of the text. Click Theme Editor Fill Color to open the color grid and select a color of your choice.

    Bold

    Specifies whether you want the text in bold. Select the check box to make the text bold.

    Italics

    Specifies whether you want the text in italics. Select the check box to italicize.

    Strikethrough

    Specifies whether you want to strike through the text. Select the check box to strike through.

    Underline

    Specifies whether you want to strike through the text. Select the check box to strike through.

  5. Click Close.

    The General Font Editor dialog closes.
