Reason:
The TSO user has pressed the ATTN key while CADisk was attempting to open a database which is temporarily unavailable. The retry logic waits five seconds between open attempts. When the ATTN is pressed, the notification is posted immediately, but it will not be detected until the next retry cycle begins, so it may by a few seconds before the 4476 and 4474 messages are displayed.
