Reason:
A CADisk process was attempting to access FILES data, but neither the FILES DD nor the MFILES DD statement is allocated. Either a FILES or MFILES DD must be specified for the FILES open logic to determine whether the FILES data set or the FILES database is to be accessed.
Action:
The open fails. Specify either FILES or MFILES and try the CADisk process again.
