Reason:

CADisk is unable to process data set (ddd) on volume (vvv) protected by security package (sss) because of one of the following reasons:

For RACF users:

• RACF is not active on the system.
• Sysparm RACFSUPP is not specified correctly.
• Sysparm RACFPROC is not specified correctly.

For CA Top Secret users:

• Sysparm TOPSSUPP is not specified correctly.

For CA ACF2 users:

• Sysparm ACF2SUPP is not specified correctly.
