Reason:
CADisk RACF support has issued the system RACHECK macro to ask RACF if the user is authorized to process a data set. RACF routines have returned a return code indicating that the user submitting the job is not authorized to process data set name (ddd) on volume (vvv). CADisk was requesting access level (aaa) for the data set. The RACF class is data set and the data set type is non-VSAM.
Action:
To process the data set you must either be given the proper authority to do so or have the persons authorized to process the data set run the CADisk job.
