Reason:
CADisk has used the (RACSTAT) macro to determine if RACF is active on the system on which it is running, but found that RACF was not active. Your installation has indicated through sysparms RACFSUPP and RACFPROC that CADisk RACF support is active. Since the RACF system is not active, CADisk will bypass all RACF data sets.
Action:
Rerun CADisk when RACF is active to process those data sets bypassed in this execution.
