Add User Destinations

Any user who is defined in the source can be redirected in the destination section.

To redirect all users in a specific NT domain or Active Directory container:

  1. double-click the destination column of the domain or Active Directory container branch in the user tree of the Add User Destinations dialog.
  2. Enter the new domain or Active Directory container name.

All the users under the specific user tree branch are relocated to the new domain name or Active Directory container on the destination, unless the user is redirected to a different domain or Active Directory container.

To redirect all users in a specific domain or Active Directory container

  1. Double-click the users destination column.
  2. You can enter a different domain or Active Directory container, and a new user name. Ensure that the format is as follows:

<NT Domain name or Active Directory container name>\<User Name>.

Note: Users that are identified for the destination cannot use mixed wildcards, but must use the * wildcard to replace an entire string. For example, the syntax is: <domain or Active Directory>\*, or *\<User Name>.
