Select Migration Destination

The Select Migration Destination page lets you choose the destination for the files you want to migrate.

• Click a source drive to select it.
• Double-click a destination drive to display a drop-down list of available drives, and then select the destination drive.
• Check the Show network drives check box to show connected network drives.

CA DMM detects all available drives on the source and destination systems and displays these in the appropriate columns.

Note: Files on the source system that are stored in folders recognized by the Windows registry (C:\My Documents, for example) are automatically migrated to the equivalent folder on the destination system. If you prefer to migrate them elsewhere, use Advanced destinations. When redirecting system folders, they are automatically re-registered.

If you selected a basic destination, click Next to open the Migrate DNA tab.

If you selected an advanced destination, click Next to open the Application Destination page.
