Edit the Classification Policies

You can customize the default classifications to suit the specific needs of your organization. For example, you can specify a minimum file size and additional 'immediate disqualifier' and 'positive indicator' words or phrases.

To edit classification policies

1. Log on to the CCS Policy Editor.
2. Go to the Policy tab.
3. Click the Classification Policy Pack.

   The Edit Policy Document screen displays.

4. Make your policy changes. For example, you can:
   • Edit the global options. These are settings that apply to all policies. You can define lists of Immediate Disqualifiers and Excluded Files. See the Policy Settings section for details.

     Click Global Options, Miscellaneous and edit the options.

   • Enable or disable individual classification policies.

     Select or clear the relevant checkboxes.

   • Edit settings for individual policies. For example, you can define lists of excluded file names, immediate disqualifiers, and positive indicators. See the Policy Settings section for details.
     1. Double-click the policy that you want to edit.
     2. Edit the settings in the policy screen.
5. Click Close to return to the Edit Policy Document screen.

   Policies with unsaved changes are listed in blue italic text:

6. Click Apply or OK to save all your changes to the CCS Classification Pack.
