Policy Settings

CCS Classification Policies include the following settings:

Excluded File Names

This setting defines a list of files that are excluded from processing. The CCS does not try to classify these files.

Minimum File Size

This setting defines the minimum size of files that can be classified. The CCS ignores files smaller than the minimum size.

Immediate Disqualifiers

This setting defines a list of words or phrases which, if detected in a document, exclude that document from further processing. That is, the document definitely does not match the policy classification.

Positive Indicators

This setting defines a list of preferred words or phrases. If the CCS detects a Positive Indicator word or phrase in a document, this increases the probability that the document matches the policy classification.
