Tracking ID 646-89: RLS Problem for BusinessObjects Compliance Audit Report

The BusinessObjects version of the Compliance Audit report has a row level security (RLS) problem.

Managers must have a Management Group security model to run this report. Typically, when a manager runs this report, it shows workload statistics for each reviewer in the manager's management group. For example, the report shows how many events each reviewer has audited. However, the BusinessObjects version of the Compliance Audit report only shows statistics for the user running the report (that is, the manager).

The workaround is to run this BusinessObjects report using a CA DLP account that has the "Admin: Disable security group filtering" administrative privilege. You can also filter the report to show workload statistics only for reviewers in the manager's management group.

Note: This problem only affects the BusinessObjects version of the Compliance Audit report. This problem does not affect the standard CA DLP Compliance Audit report.
