Issues associated with events in the data warehouse are not retrospectively updated when the corresponding issue is updated in the CMS database. This problem specifically affects issues where the participant or trigger details are changed.
If an iConsole reviewer creates an audit issue for an event, that issue gets copied with the event to the data warehouse. But if the reviewer later amends the same issue (by changing the associated participants or triggers), the changes are not copied to the corresponding issue in the date warehouse.
For example, if a reviewer runs the ‘Detailed Issues’ BusinessObjects report for CA DLP, the report does not reflect any participant or trigger changes made to an issue after the associated event was copied to the data warehouse.
Note: This problem only affects the BusinessObjects reports for CA DLP.
