Detecting Key Text

Some triggers let you search emails, Web pages, data submitted in forms to Web sites and files (attachments, imported files, or files uploaded to a Web site) for 'search text', that is, the key words and phrases that you want a trigger to detect. For example, you can capture any email attachment containing the phrase 'Unipraxis sales forecast'. You can also use wildcards and variables to define your search text.

The following triggers support Search Text settings:

• Email triggers: Attachments, Document Classifier, and Search Text triggers
• Data At Rest triggers: All
• Data In Motion triggers: All
• Web pages triggers: File Upload and Submitted Search Text triggers

Note: You can also use 'search text' variables when defining Parameter 7 in a document classification.
