To read log data that has been previously archived and that is available in the default archive directory, use the REVIEW command. This lets you read the data and scroll through it using the scrolling keys described in the section, Reading Current Console Log Data, earlier in this chapter, or using the FIND command described in the section, Finding Historical Console Log Data.
There may be several sets of files for a given system covering different time spans. The REVIEW command concatenates them in chronological order and then displays the data in the currently selected log area.
You must have enough free disk space, equal to the sum of the sizes of all the archive files present in the archive directory for the specified system.
To review all the available archive data in the default archive area for the system SALT, and display it in the currently selected log window, enter:
Command: REVIEW SALT
