Update the License File

Before, you verify CA EEM integration with SSO ensure that you update the license file.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to OSS-EEM2 server with administrator credentials.
  2. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\siteminder\license and copy the license.dat file.
  3. Log in to OSS-EEM1 server and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\siteminder\license.
  4. Paste the license.dat file.
  5. Go to Services.msc from the Run command.
  6. Stop the SiteMinder Policy Server and SiteMinder Administrative UI services.
  7. Start SiteMinder Policy Server service.
  8. Start SiteMinder Administrative UI service.

Note: After the license update, SiteMinder takes about 15 minutes to come online. Verify the CA EEM integration with SSO after 15 minutes.
