Change CA Spectrum Password in Windows NT

Change the Windows NT password of the system, where you have installed CA Spectrum.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Windows system where CA Spectrum is configured as an administrator.
  2. Click Start, Windows Security, Change Password.
  3. Provide the old password and the new password.
  4. Confirm the new password.
  5. Click Start, Administrative Tools, Services, select CA Spectrum Process Daemon, right-click, select Restart.

    The service provider administrators Windows NT password is updated for CA Spectrum.
