Onboard Service Offerings
Onboard Service Offerings
The service provider must onboard service offerings (SOs) for service offerings and processes to be available on CA CSDP. The SO consists of service catalog offerings, forms, event actions, the CA Process Automation workflows, manifest file, and so on.
The SO onboard process accomplishes the following activities:
- Updates the CA CSDP manifest table with the SO information
- Imports the SO content
- Extracts payload applications into a directory that CA CSDP can access
The new services are available on the catalog interface, after completing the SO onboard process. The user can view the available offering and can subscribe to the required offerings.
