Test the Connectivity

Test the connectivity between CA Service Catalog and CA Process Automation.

Note: If your initial connectivity test fails, restart the CA Process Automation services and run the test again.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the service portal (https://oss-sso.oss.ca/usm/wpf ) with administrator credentials.
  2. Click Administration, Configuration on the home page.

    The Configuration page opens with the list of Options.

  3. Select CA Process Automation from the Options.
  4. Click Test.

    The connection status is displayed.

    You have tested the CA Service Catalog and CA Process Automation connectivity successfully.
